Luís Américo, our Executive Chef has returned to Macau from Porto, and created a Portuguese-inspired Mother’s Day A-La-Carte Specials that will surely impress your mom! 10% off early bird is offered for reservation with MOP 300 deposit on or before 7 May and each mom will receive a complimentary dessert, “Carrot and ginger molten cake with chocolate crumble”, upon patronage of Mother’s Day A-La-Carte Specials.
The amazing gastronomic journey includes a mouth-watering appetizer Tepid cod mousse in double texture with raw tomato, the softness of cod topped with sweet potato chips to show you a delicious way to enjoy the seafood. Boar cheek from Alentejo with mushroom bread stew and red peppers comfit is a typical dish of the southern region of Alentejo with a rustic touch. Caramelized apple, cheese pudding, honey and hazelnut crumble has the exquisite appearance with refreshing strawberries, dragon fruits and physalis added on top, dessert lovers are going to fall in love with the edible arts unconsciously without any doubt. Octopus rice with iberico, banana and chestnuts and Stuffed free range chicken breast whit turnip top´s mousse are other extravagates that you should not miss!

Savour the traditional and delicate dishes by choosing one of the specially designed set menus for Mother’s Day: Set menus are MOP 1,600 for four, MOP 2,388 for six, MOP 3,180 for eight and MOP 6,200 for ten persons respectively. 20% early birddiscount is offered for reservation with a 30% deposit on Mother’s Day Set Menu settled on or before 7 May.
