Catalpa Garden brings you a warm-hearted Mid-Autumn Festival with exquisite “Golden” and “Special” Festival Set Menus, available for four to ten persons, from 27 September to 5 October 2017.
The “Golden” Mid-Autumn Festival Set Menu honors the annual celebration with elegant traditions as well as the signatures from Catalpa Garden. Start a feast with our appetizers such as Marinated Shrimp with Huadiao Wine, Jelly Fish Head Tossed with Scallion Oil; elevate your unique dining experience with an array of luxurious favourites include Braised South African Abalone with Broccoli in Brown Sauce, Double Boiled Shark’s Fin Soup with Chicken, Stir Fried Prawns with Salted Egg Yolk, Steamed Hilsa Herring and more.
Catalpa Garden is also offering 4 kinds of “Special” Festival Set Menus featuring refined Shanghainese gastronomic classics. Highlighted dishes include Sliced Jinhua Ham Steamed in Honey Sauce, Deep Fried Sweet and Sour Mandarin Fish with Pine Nut, Camphor Tea Leaf Smoked Duck, Braised Pork Knuckle in Brown Sauce, Steamed Shanghai Minced Pork Dumplings and Steamed Black Glutinous Rice Stuffed with Mashed Red Bean, giving you a truly impressive journey for your taste buds.
“Golden” Festival Set Menu is priced at MOP 6,300 for parties of 10 while “Special” Festival Set Menus are priced at MOP 1,388 for 4 pax / MOP 2,180 for 6 pax / MOP 2,880 for 8 pax and MOP 3,680 for 10 pax with a complimentary fresh fruit platter upon patronage of each set menu (All prices above are subject to 10% service charge).
