Father’s Day A-La-Carte Specials at FADO

If your father adores European culture, the award-winning Portuguese restaurant FADO will be the perfect choice! Executive Chef Luís Américo has heartily designed fives dishes inspired from his home town to dedicate to all great dads! The restaurant will also offer each father who consumes the Father’s Day A-La-Carte Specials a complimentary glass of dessert wine to show our appreciation.

The appetizer Cured Salmon with Fresh Dill, Grilled Scallop with Cold Tomato Soup encompasses three main ingredients of distinctive yet harmonious tastes. Or go for the Crispy Tiger Shrimp with Coconut Red Bell Peppers with Slightly Hot Sauce and Fresh Coriander. Its crunchy noodles wrap and the home-made, aromatic sauce will definitely impress everyone right at the beginning of this celebration.

The main courses feature some of the very best in Portuguese cuisines. Beef Tenderloin Steak with Iberico, Laurel and Garlic Butter Sauce presents the most tender part of beef cooked to perfection with the most favourite type of ham. Oporto Style Tripe Bean Stew and Slow Cooked Pork Cheek from Alentejo is a sophisticated dish which uses imported pork from Alentejo cooked with tripe. The stew is full of flavours and every sip of it is burst with love.

Who doesn’t like pie? To end this celebration with a sweet note, Chef Luís has especially created Caramelized Banana Pie with Pecan Nuts Nougat, Raisins and Custard Cream.
