Hotel Royal Macau and Vino Veritas have jointly presented an exclusive Quinta do Crasto & Quinta do Vale Meao Wine Pairing Dinner at FADO Nov 9th , 2016 with the presence of Tomás Roquette and Francisco Olazabal – the winery in-charge of the premium brand Quinta do Crasto & Quinta do Vale Meao of Portugal. The event offered more than 60 attended guests with a fabulous dining experience.
The 5-course menu prepared by our FADO Executive Chef Luis Americo, highlights include Octopus White Bean Stew with Free Range Pork Chrizo and Fresh Coriander with Quinta do Crasto Superior 2013 – Douro – Tinto/Red, Very Slow Cooked OX Tail Tornedo with Double Textured Fava Beans, Sauteed Mushrooms and Mint Leafs with Quinta do Vale Meao 2013 – Duouro – Tini/Red, Cream and Cookies Bavarois, Toasted Almonds with Egg Cream and Salted Caramel with Porto Olazabal – Finest Reserve. This dinner is priced at HK$680 per person (subject to 10% service charge) while the menu will continue to be available from today until 18 December 2016.
