Start your lovey-dovey night with Dream, a sweet appetizer Zucchini carpaccio with salmon tartare, mango and strawberries, brings you a refreshing enjoyment with great taste. The two hearty main courses are as exciting as the first day of your Love – Baked sea bass with fresh clams, coriander, sautéed shrimp and oven roasted tomatoes; keep the Passion alive – Grilled tenderloin with pumpkin gnocchi and green pea mousse is another extravagant that you should not miss. The dessert Dream with Love and Passion – Passion fruit parfait with fresh fruits and chocolate textures gives a perfect sweet ending to this big day. Couples will also receive a complimentary gourmet gift of handmade Portuguese heart-shaped cookies madeaccording to the traditional Portuguese recipe.

FADO Valentine’s Day Set Menu is priced at MOP 1,200 per couple (subject to 10% service charge). Live music performance is specially arranged to complement this romantic dinner on 14 February from 7:30pm. Private dining rooms are also available for couples who would like more privacy.
